Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Your appointment is important to me and I understand that life happens. Each situation will be taken into account, if you do need to cancel your appointment I ask that you cancel 24 hours before your appointment. If you are sick I do ask that you reschedule as well so I can protect my family and I.
-If you need to reschedule your appointment I understand! Life happens! However, if you reschedule 3 times or more (that includes the original date you scheduled for) you will be blocked from booking and/or rescheduling in the future. If you still would like to book an appointment you must pay 50% of the service before booking. That is non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Cancellations within the 24 hour mark, first time occurrence, will be charged 30% of the service. 100% for any following cancellations after.
-No show appointments will automatically be charged 50% of the service and must be paid if you would like to book another service in the future.
Cancellation and no show fees do not go towards future services.
